Effect of land use and land cover change on soil erosion and the spatio-temporal variation in LiupanMountain Region, southern Ningxia, China

摘要: The Liupan Mountains are located in the southern Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region of China, that forms an important divide between landforms and bio-geographic regions. The populated part of the Liupan Mountain Region has suffered tremendous ecological damage over time due to population pressure, excessive demand and inappropriate use of agricultural land resources. To present the relationship between land use/cover change and spatio-temporal variation of soil erosion, data sets of land use between the late 1980s and 2000 were obtained from Landsat Thematic Mapper (TM) imagery, and spatial models were used to characterize landscape and soil erosion conditions. Also, soil erosion in response to land use and land cover change were quantified and analyzed using data from geographical information systems and remote sensing. Soil erosion by water was the dominant mode of soil loss, while soil erosion by wind was only present on a relatively small area. The degree of soil erosion was classified into five severity classes: slight, light, moderate, severe, and very severe. Soil erosion in the Liupan Mountain Region increased between the late 1980s and 2000, both in terms of acreage and severity. Moderate, severe, and very severe eroded areas accounted for 54.86% of the total land area. The lightly eroded area decreased, while the moderately eroded area increased by 368817 ha (22%) followed by severe erosion with 146552 ha (8.8%), and very severe erosion by 97067.6 ha (5.8%). Soil loss on sloping cropland increased with slope gradients. About 90% of the cropland was located on slopes less than 15°. Most of the increase in soil erosion on cropland was due to conversion of steep slopes to cropland and degradation of grassland and increased activities. Soil erosion was severe on grassland with a moderate or low grass cover and on dry land. Human activities, cultivation on steep slopes, and overgrazing of pastures were the main reasons for the increase in erosion severity.

摘要:

阐述秦巴山脉及河南片区(伏牛山区)绿色循环发展的重要意义。从秦巴山脉河南片区地理、地貌特征,人口、社会及基础设施,经济及产业发展状况,区域产业发展规划等方面,分析秦巴山脉河南片区具有的“强生态环境”和“弱经济基础”特点的基本情况,创立秦巴山脉河南片区以“伏牛山生态–产业协同双向梯度发展”的模式,构建“伏牛山南北坡绿色循环经济产业发展示范区”的绿色循环发展战略,提出加快推进“伏牛山南北坡绿色循环经济产业发展示范区”建设的一些具体措施。

摘要: The design for Wangwu Mountain Geological Park Museum emphasizes protecting terrain, geomorphology and natural vegetation, utilization of local materials and traditional craftsmanship, and integrates multi-specialty design into a whole. The idea of green architecture organically guides the designer to create a museum in a remote mountain and creates a special place that is geologically significant in architectural language.

秦巴山脉绿色城乡人居环境发展研究

摘要:

秦巴山脉横跨南北地理空间,是我国的中央水库和国家绿肺。由于地形条件的约束,秦巴山脉逐渐成为我国经济发展的洼地和贫困多发地区,内部生态环境保护与社会经济发展诉求的冲突巨大。课题首先剖析了秦巴山脉地区面临着生态保护与城乡发展的布局冲突、绿色发展与城乡空间的建设脱节两方面的问题,进而提出“生态先导,绿色为本”的发展战略。在“生态先导”战略上,划定秦巴山脉地区的生态安全格局,从人口、产业和城乡空间分布方面实现“生态先导”的人居环境空间整合。在“绿色为本”的战略上,总结城乡布局模式、构建交通支撑系统和特色风貌体系,构建“绿色为本”的城乡人居环境模式。最终实现秦巴山脉城乡人居环境的绿色发展,为我国城乡人居环境营建提供借鉴。

秦巴山脉区域农业经济绿色发展战略

摘要:

协同推进秦巴山脉区域的生态环境保护与经济产业发展,农业经济绿色发展是关键内容。本文根据秦巴山脉区域绿色循环发展的研究需求,深入分析该区域农业经济的现状,凝练农业经济绿色发展的指导思想和战略目标;从农业发展政策、土地规模化经营、引导人才和资本定向流动、农业产业技术升级、劳动力素质提升、产业融合发展、世界名山品牌树立等方面完整阐述农业经济绿色发展的创新路径;针对性提出保障措施:推动区域发展的共同认识与学术研讨、示范农业经营的规模化/ 品牌化/ 专业化、建立农村产业金融机制、转变地方政府职能、优化基层组织作用、统筹城乡发展空间等。研究建议,设立秦巴山脉区域农业经济绿色经济发展特区,通过生态制度创新引导区域内的社会、经济、生态绿色可持续发展。

摘要: A number of ethnic minorities are being distributed in southwest China. Yunnan Province is an area inhabited by multi-ethnic groups. For a long time, the ethnic groups have been interacted by others in the cultural aspect, while retaining their own ethnic traditions. The performances of ethnic groups’ dwelling houses are similar as determined by natural and cultural elements of the same area. This paper mainly analyzes decisive factors behind similar appearances by the way of field research on two minorities, Nu ethnic group and Li-su ethnic group, in the Fugong county, Nujiang Li-su autonomous prefecture. Moreover, the paper tries to summarize the commonality and individuality of the minorities in order to provide useful theoretical reference for the minorities building of new socialist countryside in the future.

Protective roles of heat stress on the neurons in hippocampal CA1 region of mice

摘要: The effects of heat stress on the neurons in hippocampal CA1 region of brain ischemia/reperfusion were explored. The mice were pretreated with heat stress followed by ischemia/reperfusion by clipping bilateral cervical commo n arteries for 7 min. Mice were divided randomly into four groups as follows: (1) normal control group; (2) heat stress pretreated subsequent to ischemia/reperfusion group (HS/IR); (3) ischemia/reperfusion group (IR); and (4) heat stress group (HS). Animals in the last three groups were subdivided into three subgroups: 1 d, 4 d, 14 d respectively. The Morris water maze was used to test the ability of learning and memorizing, Nissl staining was used to count the average number of survived neurons in hippocampal CA1 region, and immunohistochemistry combined with image analysis system to detect the changes of Microtubule associated protein 2 (MAP-2) expression. The results showed that mice in IR group exhibited increased escape latency when compared with that of normal, HS and HS/IR groups (<0.01), and the mice in IR group adopted an inefficient search strategy, major in circling and restricted searching manners. Nissl staining results showed a significant reduction in the number of pyramidal neurons in hippocampal CA1 regions in HS/IR and IR groups, with a decrease in IR group (<0.01). Compared with normal group, the expression of MAP-2 in hippocampal CA1 region obviously decreased in IR group (<0.05). The present results indicate that heat stress pretreatment can improve the spatial learning and memorizing function through protection to hippocampal neurons.

秦巴文化旅游产业发展战略研究

秦巴山区既是世界级名山和华夏文明发源地,同时也是我国重要生态环境保护区和连片贫困地区之一,区内面临着经济发展与生态保护的矛盾。本文结合秦巴山区的文化旅游资源特点,顺应旅游产业发展趋势,提出了发展文化旅游产业、推动秦巴山区突破发展的基本思路。在分析秦巴文化旅游资源价值的基础上,文章明确了秦巴文化旅游产业发展的战略思路、战略目标、战略重点以及空间布局,并提出了秦巴文化旅游产业发展的对策建议。

Changes of ecological conditions induced by rock tunneling in Laoshan Mountain area

摘要: Through field investigation, this paper examined the changes of ecological conditions induced by tunnel construction in Laoshan Mountain area, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, P. R. China. The effects of habitat fragmentation and edge effect are examined and discussed. It is found that the environmental factors and vegetation situation have been influenced by the tunneling activity, and the disturbed area is approaching the sampling patch centre. The changed ecological conditions are beneficial for the settlement and growth of some herb and shrub species, and are unfavorable for the existence and growth of saplings, especially for the predominant species (e.g., robur) in this area. If the time of habitat fragmentation is long enough and there is no supplement from external areas, some vegetation species in the engineering influencing area will deteriorate, or even diminish in the future. The results can be used as a reference for the long-term ecological study in this area.

秦巴山脉地区自然生态与历史人文资源丰厚,是国家级自然保护区、森林公园与地质公园最为集中的区域之一。本文基于对秦巴山脉地区资源价值与保护利用现实存在问题的剖析,借鉴其他国家建设国家公园的相关经验,围绕提升秦巴山脉国际影响力、解决资源保护与社会扶贫矛盾的战略目标,探讨秦巴山脉建设国家中央公园的必要性和可行性,并提出在秦巴山脉地区建设国家中央公园的思路和建议。

Carbon payments in the Guanzhong–Tianshui region to control land degradation

摘要: Carbon trading and carbon offset markets are potential policy options for mitigating greenhouse gas emissions and climate change. A price on carbon is expected to generate demand for carbon offsets. In a market-based framework, the carbon price should be high enough to compensate for opportunity costs. We studied a highly-modified agricultural system in the Guanzhong–Tianshui economic region of China that is typical of many temperate agricultural zones in western China. We quantified the economic returns from agriculture and from carbon plantings (both monoculture and ecological plantings) under five carbon-price scenarios. The mean carbon sequestration is 34 Mg·hm ·a , and the average annual payment increased to 1146 CNY·hm at a medium carbon price of 50 CNY·Mg CO . Thus, areas of high priority for conservation and restoration may be restored relatively cheaply in the presence of a carbon market. Overall, however, less carbon is sequestered by ecological plantings (i.e., mixed native trees and shrubs) compared to agriculture.

本文就构建秦巴山脉地区绿色循环发展政策体系进行了全面深入的研究。研究对象涉及秦巴山脉地区陕西、河南、湖北、四川、甘肃、重庆五省一市,研究目的是为了构建支撑秦巴山脉地区可持续发展的绿色循环发展政策体系。通过与五省一市政府部门座谈、赴有关县(区、市)企业和农村实地考察,学习中央和省市政府出台的相关文件,对现有政策实施情况进行了深入分析,最后提出了构建秦巴山脉地区绿色循环发展政策的体系框架、基本思路和若干建议。

区域定位的改变必将影响交通运输发展的格局。对照秦巴山脉新的区域定位,交通运输发展还存在诸多的问题。本文分析了在建设国家中央主体生态功能示范区及国家中央公园这一目标下,秦巴山脉交通运输发展面临的主要挑战,针对该区域未来的经济社会发展和生态环境保护的双重需求,提出了建设秦巴山脉绿色交通体系的总体思路、发展重点和政策建议。
